Dave Traggorth
Dave oversees all of the work of Traggorth Companies with special emphasis on acquisition opportunities, permitting, and construction. Since Traggorth Companies began, he has directly overseen a wide variety of complex mixed income, mixed use development projects in the Boston metro area.
Dave moved to Boston in 2008 as Mitchell Properties’ project manager for its Chelsea and Williamstown projects. As Director of Development, he oversaw the development activities and managed the advisory work of the firm. In 2012, he started the Traggorth Companies LLC in order to continue developing high quality mixed income and mixed use projects in urban environments.
He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and Citizens Housing and Planning Association (CHAPA) and has served on expert panels in Haverhill, MA and Pittsfield, MA. He has written articles on specific experiences in real estate development.
He is a graduate of Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina, and earned his Master’s in Urban Planning and Community Development at the University of Maryland School of Architecture.

Dan Hubbard
Dan manages the financial structuring, analysis, and sourcing of development projects for Traggorth Companies. In the two years leading in this capacity at TC, he has closed on more than $400M in complex financing for multi-family real estate projects. This includes conventional construction debt, historic tax credit equity, low income housing tax credit equity, mezzanine financing, and private equity.
Prior to Traggorth Companies, Dan worked alongside Dave at Mitchell Properties as project and asset manager. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University and attended the Tuck School of Business Bridge Program.
Dan is a graduate of Colgate University and attended the Tuck School of Business Bridge Program at Dartmouth College.
He is active in the Urban Land Institute and participates in the UrbanPlan program which provides high school students real world experience in land use and real estate development issues and challenges.

Dan O'Shea
Dan O’Shea began working at Traggorth Companies in late 2015 and oversees the accounting and operations functions of the company. Dan has a special focus on streamlining procedures to increase efficiency of TC's operations and projects.
Prior to joining the Traggorth Companies team, Dan ran a consulting business for small to mid-sized companies in the New England area who needed assistance with accounting, financing, reporting & analysis, or operational restructuring. Working with a variety of companies and addressing a range of accounting and procedural oversights has given him a diverse knowledge base to draw upon.
Dan O’Shea graduated from Southern NH University with a degree in Accounting and Finance. In addition, he has completed course work at the University of NH in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering, granting him a unique view of problems and allowing for a variety of avenues to potential solutions.
