Summer 2010 Completion

Located in Chelsea, MA, the building that is now Atlas Lofts was in the early 1900's a paper box factory that served much of New England. Prior to development, the building was abandoned and a blight to the surrounding neighborhood. It is now a thriving 53 unit, loft-style apartment building. The TC team managed the project for Mitchell Properties through construction financing closing (which included the use of federal Neighborhood Stabilization Funds and historic tax credits), construction, and lease-up to 100% full occupancy two month after completion.
