The Residences at Fairmount Station is a new transit oriented development (TOD) consisting of 27 mixed-income apartments, immediately adjacent to the Fairmount Avenue Station on the Fairmount Indigo commuter rail. It is part of the portfolio of TOD projects that Fairmount Indigo Line CDC Collaborative members are developing and proposing within a short distance of Fairmount Line stations, existing, newly built and proposed.

There will be at least 27 on-site parking spaces, 27 bicycle storage spaces, a management office, and a community room. The entry courtyard will also serve as a play area for resident children, a sitting area, and a resident gardening area.
